Gosh, it is difficult to pinpoint an exact price because builds and projects come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, from very simple renovations to quite complex and fun of features. But it seems that our students on average spend between $15K to $40K on materials, but some have spent twice that, while others have done very basic renovations for much less.
